Creeping Raspberry (Rubus hayata-koidzumii) is a low, mat-forming groundcover from Taiwan's mountains with crinkled dark green leaves and small white spring flowers followed by tiny red fruits. It is a temperate species (best zones 6–9) that is marginal in zone 9b and may struggle with NE Florida's summer heat — site carefully in a shaded, well-drained location.
